Civics First is pleased to announce that on January 17, 2018, Rep. Himes gave well deserved recognition to Trumbull High's We the People coach Katie Boland and her  team which will represent CT at the 31st Annual National Finals in April.  In addition, Congressman Himes sent copies of his comments as printed in the Congressional Record and personal notes to each of the 29 team members.
