Trumbull We The People Team Recognized in Congressional Record
Civics First is pleased to announce that on January 17, 2018, Rep. Himes gave well deserved recognition to Trumbull High's We the People coach Katie Boland and her team which will represent CT at the 31st Annual National Finals in April. In addition, Congressman Himes sent copies of his comments as printed in the Congressional Record and personal notes to each of the 29 team members.

Trumbull High School Wins State We the People Competition
Trumbull High School Wins its seventh consecutive We the People title! Other schools competing included St. Joseph’s High School, Greenwich High School, Immaculate High School, South Windsor High School, Staples High School and Torrington High School. Trumbull will attend the national competition in Washington D.C. from April 28 to May 1.
